Maternity Leave, Your Way.

A programme for women who want to go on maternity leave feeling prepared and in control, and come back knowing exactly what they want.

Programmes

Foundations

A self-guided programme available immediately on purchase. You work through it in your own time, at your own pace, using a combination of video training, exercises, frameworks and practical tools. It covers every stage: preparing to go on leave, getting ready to return, and the first 90 days back at work. There are no live sessions and no set schedule. Everything is yours to keep and return to whenever you need it.

Cost £99

BEFORE LEAVE

A self-guided online programme you work through in your own time, covering everything you need to go on maternity leave feeling ready. You will get your handover done, your career intentions on record, and your boundaries in place. You will also be introduced to matrescence, one of the most significant transformations a woman goes through when she becomes a mother, so that you know what to expect from yourself.

PREPARING TO RETURN

Working out who you are returning as, so that when the time comes you feel prepared and as ready to go back as you can be.
You will work on the mental load at home and how to share it more fairly. Flexible working and how to make the case for it. Getting your headspace ready for going back. And making sure the practical side of home life is in a place that makes returning to work sustainable.

BACK AT WORK

The First 90 Days Back framework gives you a structure for your first three months using my Settle, Rebuild, Drive approach: what to focus on, what to hold back on, and when to push forward depending on what you want from your career on return. A career conversation guide for talking to your manager about where you are headed. A professional presence guide for rebuilding your visibility. And a check in on what is still live for you now that you are back.

THE COLLECTIVE

Five live online sessions delivered in a small group of women at a similar stage of the maternity leave journey. All the self-guided content from Foundations is included, with real conversation and coaching alongside it. You will also have access to a monthly open call where I am available for a chat or to answer anything that has come up. A space where you can drop in, ask questions, or know that someone is there.

Cost: £179

SESSION ONE: BEFORE LEAVE

The pre-leave career conversation, handover as a professional act, career fears and how to reframe them, communication boundaries during leave, and an introduction to matrescence.

SESSION TWO: BEFORE LEAVE

Identity and mindset going into leave, values clarification, examining the assumptions you carry about motherhood and work, understanding what is and is not within your control, and building the confidence and optimism to go on leave feeling ready.

SESSION THREE: PREPARING TO RETURN

Understanding the bias that returning mothers can face in the workplace and how to recognise and respond to it. Working out who you are returning as. How to hold your professional identity and your identity as a mother, even when the balance between the two shifts. Your strategy for walking back in and what to say to your manager. How to signal your career intentions on return. And how to make the case for flexible working if that is what you need.

SESSION FOUR: PREPARING TO RETURN

Naming and working with imposter syndrome on return, and rebuilding your belief in your own capability after time away. Reframing what you have gained during leave, not only what you feel you have lost. Recognising if you are being subtly moved away from the work that is important to your career, and knowing what to do about it. Rebuilding your professional presence and visibility. And protecting the boundaries that make returning to work sustainable.

SESSION FIVE: BACK AT WORK

This final session takes place once you have returned to work. Your first 90 days structured using my Settle, Rebuild, Drive framework, giving you a clear guide for what to focus on, what to hold back on, and when to push forward depending on where you are. How to have the career conversation with your manager at the right time and in the right way. Rebuilding your visibility so that the right people know you are back and performing well. And a check in on what is still live for you.

The Bespoke

One to one coaching built entirely around you and your maternity leave. The same programme content as The Collective, shaped around your specific role, your employer and your situation. Four sessions covering before you go on maternity leave, preparing to return, and once you are back. Includes full access to the Foundations programme.

You have the option to book The Bespoke now or if you would prefer, you can book a 30 minute chemistry call first.

GOT SOME

QUESTIONS?

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH COLLECTIVE COHORT TO JOIN

As a general guide, aim to join a cohort that starts around six to eight weeks before your maternity leave begins. This gives you time to complete the before leave sessions while you are still at work. If you are unsure, get in touch and we can work out the right timing together.

HOW DO THE LIVE SESSIONS FIT AROUND MY MATERNITY LEAVE DATES?

The Collective has five sessions that follow your maternity leave timeline: two before you go on leave, two as you prepare to return, and one once you are back at work. Bespoke has four sessions scheduled flexibly around you, so you decide when and how you use them.

WHAT IF MY BABY ARRIVES BEFORE MY PROGRAMME STARTS?

Get in touch when you are ready and we will work out the best way forward together. For the Collective, we can look at which sessions are still relevant to where you are and adjust accordingly. For Bespoke, sessions are flexible so we can shape them around your situation.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN TO WORK EARLIER THAN PLANNED?

If your return date changes, get in touch. We can look at which sessions are most relevant to where you are and make sure you get the most from the programme whatever your timeline.

WILL WE GET TIMINGS OF LIVE SESSIONS IN ADVANCE?

Yes. All session dates and times are confirmed when registration opens. Times may occasionally need to change and you will always be given as much notice as possible if they do.

WILL LIVE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

Yes. For The Collective, recordings are shared only with those registered for that session cohort and are not shared publicly or outside the group. For Bespoke, you can choose whether or not to record the sessions to refer back to.
Please come as you are. If you have a baby on your knee, your hair in a mum bun or baby sick on your shoulder, you are welcome.

WHAT IF I MISS A COLLECTIVE SESSION?

Sessions are recorded and shared with those registered. If you miss a session you are also welcome to sit in on the equivalent session with a future cohort, subject to availability. For Bespoke, we will reschedule at a time that works for you as long as you have given the required notice for cancellation.

WHAT TIME ARE THE COLLECTIVE SESSIONS?

Session times are shared when registration opens for each cohort. Join the waiting list to be notified.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EARCH COLLECTIVE COHORT?

A maximum of 15 women, kept deliberately small to make sure everyone has space to contribute and be heard.

WHEN DOES THE NEXT COLLECTIVE COHORT START?

Cohorts run throughout the year. Join the waiting list to be notified when registration opens for the next one.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Live sessions for the Collective are 90 minutes. For Bespoke, sessions are also up to 90 minutes and scheduled flexibly around you.
